A heartfelt thank You to Ariane and Cheri for your incredible leadership in organizing the 2nd annual Illuminate Gala that resulted in an outstanding $32,000 donation raised for Foundry Ridge Meadows. The impact on youth mental health in our community will be felt immediately and powerfully.
Because of your dedication, compassion, and countless hours of planning, young people will have greater access to the mental health support they need, right when they need it most. These funds will strengthen programs like:
-counselling and walk-in mental health support
-disordered eating supports
-social groups that reduce isolation
-employment and life-skills programs
-navigation services that help youth find the right help faster
Every dollar donated helps create safer spaces, quicker access, and more meaningful connections for young people who may be struggling.
We’re also grateful that $5,000 of the total will support Cythera Transition House, offering care, safety, and essential services to women and children impacted by domestic violence and abuse.
