October is Child Abuse Prevention Month.

Every child deserves to feel safe, loved, and protected. This October, let’s come together to raise awareness and stand up against child abuse.

As a founding member of the BC Network of Child and Youth Advocacy Centres, our Alisa’s Wish Child and Youth Advocacy Centre, stands with children and youth who have experienced abuse—and we’re here to help them find hope, healing, and justice.

On October 24, we wear blue to shine a light on child abuse, and to stand in solidarity with children, youth and families in our communities who are impacted by abuse.

As citizens of British Columbia, we all have a role to play in keeping kids safe.
