SUSENA Counselling

The Susena Counselling Program offers compassionate, accessible, and collaborative mental health support for individuals, couples, and families. Our team of skilled clinicians brings a wide range of experience and therapeutic approaches, allowing us to thoughtfully match clients with the practitioner who best fits their needs and goals.

Our clinicians provide support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, parenting stress, life transitions, grief, and personal growth. We work from trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based perspectives, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique story and circumstances.

In addition to our registered clinicians, we offer the opportunity to work with supervised counselling students at a reduced rate. This option allows clients to access quality, closely supervised care at a more affordable cost, while also supporting the development of future mental health professionals.

We offer flexible hours in both in-person or remote services to suit your schedule and comfort.
