Looking for fun, connection and something new to look forward to each week? Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows Community Services is delighted to introduce a new program designed for adults aged 55 and up. This program offers engaging group activities that support cognitive health, encourage physical well-being, and create opportunities for meaningful connections.

EngAge Meadows Seniors Program Info
This program is open to adults who:
Live in Pitt Meadows or Maple Ridge
Are 55 years of age or older
Can take part independently (without additional support)
The program begins October 6, 2025
Mondays – 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and
Tuesdays – 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Free
Our home base will be the Pitt Meadows Seniors Centre (19065 119B Avenue, Pitt Meadows) with activities also happening throughout Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, and beyond
