 The Cornerstone Landing Youth Independent Living Program (CLYIL) provides subsidized, independent living units, for young people living in Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows & Katzie First Nation between 18-24 years of age, and are living with multiple barriers.

Cornerstone Landing Youth Independent Living Program

This program provides subsidized, independent living units, for young people living in Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows & Katzie First Nation who are between 18-24 years of age, who are living with multiple barriers. This program is designed to support youth successfully transitioning to independent living. Specifically, by providing guidance, resources, and opportunities to develop essential life skills- such as budgeting, education, home maintenance, and employment- over a structured 3-year timeline. In partnership with BC Housing, our Cornerstone Youth Independent Living Program offers 20-subsidized studio suites for young people.

Note: this is not supportive or transitional housing, it is an independent living program with required and optional programming.

Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows and Katzie youth 18-24 yrs old who are facing barriers to housing, such as mild mental health and substance use health difficulties (ex. depression, anxiety)
Referral process: Please fill out the youth housing application in full and send to youthhousing@mrpmcs.ca  

Sunday – Thursday / 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Friday – Saturday / 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

Rent is $500 per month. Please review the application for associated costs.
