Child and Youth Connections

The Child and Youth Connections program strives to create positive permanent connections for Indigenous children in care, to their parents, siblings, extended families and cultural communities.

Funded by the Ministry of Child and Family Development

The Child and Youth Connections Program supports Indigenous children and youth to make valuable familial, cultural, community, and peer connections while supporting youth on their journey towards independence.
