Anxiety/Depression Group
The Anxiety / Depression Programs provide a safe and supportive environment to learn coping skills, build connections, develop relationships and practice new behaviours.

Funded by Fraser Health
The Anxiety/Depression program is a facilitated support and maintenance group for individuals living with anxiety and/or depression. The groups are small (8-10) and through group interaction, program participants reduce social isolation, develop social and strategic skills and enhance their knowledge and ability to intervene to prevent personal relapse. Participants have expressed that they find the supportive aspect of the groups especially valuable.
