The Club is a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to navigate their mental health challenges and discover wellness tools on their journey towards recovery. The Club creates opportunities for people to develop skills, build confidence and improve quality of life in areas of personal life, pre-employment, education and leisure.

What does The Club offer?

The Club offers:

  • 1-1 support with Mental Health Workers to focus on personal recovery goals
  • Transitional Employment support and services
  • Sensory and Mindfulness Programs
  • Recovery Focused Programs such as W.R.A.P (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) and R.S.T. (Recovery Support Training)
  • Sex, Love and Relationships Group
  • Food Sense (healthy cooking on a budget)
  • Daily Wellness Programs
  • Access to Rehabilitation Funding and Therapeutic Volunteer Program

Clubhouse is open by appointment throughout the week.

NEW Member Lead Planning Group: For those interested in pursuing a leadership role at the club– or those already leading. Join us for an afternoon of brainstorming, planning, and support.

  • Music Group: Come join Mark for an acoustic jam & singing session.
  • Art Exploration: Weekly themed creativity groups and discussions
  • Goal Planning: 1-1 appointments with staff to explore personal goals
  • Member Meeting: Discuss/plan club programs & offer ideas/feedback
  • WRAP: Wellness Recovery Action Plan (offered throughout the year)
  • RST: Recovery Support Training (offered annually)
  • Sex, Love & Relationships (offered annually)
  • Wellness Journaling: Explore different journaling styles!
  • NEW Differences Welcome: Monthly group exploring our wonderful diversity!
  • Armchair Travels: Join Janeen from FVRL as we explore different places around the World.
  • Healthy Living Series: (ON HOLD FOR NOVEMBER) Join us as we discuss different topics each week related to health and wellness
  • Sources Advocate: Monthly appointments with advocate for help with Income Assistance, Renter Rights, and Accessing Disability Benefits. Please sign up.

The Club Program Info

Who Qualifies/Eligibility

Must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows and be diagnosed with a mental health issue.

Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
