Family Law Advocacy Program provides Family law advocacy to our community.
Funded by The Law Foundation of British Columbia, Gaming Policy and Enforcement
Our Family Law advocate assists in matters of separation and divorce, guardianship and parenting arrangements, child and spousal support and protection orders. We support individuals in navigating the family justice system by providing legal information, assistance with court forms, court preparation and emotional support. We assist with both provincial and Supreme Court matters.

Family Law Program Info
The family law advocate provides information, and assistance navigating family law matters including separation/divorce, guardianship, parenting time, child or spousal support, and child protection matters. Family law advocate also supports clients with applications and appeals for legal aid and referrals to relevant services. This program is funded by The Law Foundation.
We provide a range of family law advocacy services including legal information, advocacy, and assistance to individuals in the community.
