Hours of Service
Tuesday and Thursday 12-8 and Friday and Saturday 9-6
The Family Strengthening Access Centre is a unique program that strives to ensure that children have safe, meaningful and conflict free contact with parents with whom they do not reside. The program assumes the belief that children are entitled to preserve their culture and sense of identity, especially during periods of uncertainty or transition and this is supported through regularly scheduled visits with family members. Parents are also supported in their efforts to improve their parenting skills through ongoing assessment, practice, and participation in relevant programs and services. Visits are held at the Access Centre or in the community, as directed by the Social Worker.
