Today, we honor the brilliance, resilience, and achievements of Black individuals who continue to shape and uplift our community. We are especially proud to highlight Rosemary Brown, a powerful example of local Black excellence. Through her dedication, leadership, and impact, Rosemary inspires those around her and reminds us of the strength that lives right here at home.

Black excellence is not only found in history books—it’s present in our neighborhoods, our schools, our businesses, and our community leaders. Today, we celebrate Rosemary and all the local Black people whose talents, hard work, and vision help move us forward every day.
