The Club

The Club is dedicated to providing a safe environment where people feel connected and supported throughout their recovery journey.

Funded by Fraser Health

The Club is a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals to navigate their mental health challenges and discover wellness tools on their journey toward recovery. The Club creates opportunities for people to develop skills, build confidence and improve quality of life in areas of personal life, pre-employment, education and leisure.

What does The Club offer?

> 1-1 support with Mental Health Workers to focus on personal recovery goals
> Transitional Employment support and services
> Sensory and Mindfulness Programs
> Recovery Focused Programs such as W.R.A.P (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) and R.S.T. (Recovery Support Training)
> Daily Wellness Programs
> Access to Rehabilitation Funding and Therapeutic Volunteer Program

The Club Program Info

Must be 18 years of age or older and reside in Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows and be diagnosed with a mental health issue.

Monday – Friday 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
