The Community Living Support Program and the Semi-Independent Living Program provides one on one support to individuals living with mental health challenges. We focus on the direct needs of individuals and support them in realizing their full potential and achieving independence. Community Living Support workers help individuals achieve increased independence through education/training, goal setting, healthy lifestyle mentorship and increased community involvement.
The Semi-Independent Living Program provides the same services as the CLS program, but also includes a monthly rent subsidy.
