Temporary Scope of Service
During this crisis the facilitator of the Anxiety/Depression Group will be checking in with group members weekly and can be reached through the contact information she has provided to the participants. The program will continue receive inquiries about the program and return calls. Phone 604.467.6911 ext. 1301
Hours of Service
Women and Men Groups meet weekly for two hours. You will be asked to commit yourself to making group attendance a priority and scheduling other appointments around group time.

An opportunity to practice new behaviors in an environment which is both safe and supportive.
About Program
A facilitated support, skills development and maintenance group for individuals living with anxiety and/or depression. The groups are small (8 – 12 individuals maximum), relaxed and informal. The group facilitator will assess suitability for participation, and if the group is not currently appropriate, than a referral to other resources will be made. Please note that this group is predominantly for anxiety and depression and is not an anger management program.
Who Qualifies/Eligibility
Individuals living in Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows over the age of 18 years
