DESCRIPTION:National Indigenous Peoples Day is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the diverse cultures\, traditions\, histories\, and achievements of First Nations\, Inuit\, and Métis Peoples. The event showcases a variety of cultural experiences\, including traditional drumming and dance performances\, storytelling\, artisan vendors\, and interactive demonstrations. Attendees can also enjoy powwow and hoop dancing\, as well as performances by local Indigenous artists and groups.
