We are excited to introduce the Mind over Matter Anxiety group, a 6-week group to explore your anxiety, notice what triggers it, and practice ways to manage it. Learn tools to feel calmer, more confident, and supported while hanging out with others who understand what you are navigating.
Starting April 23rd until May 28th. Our facilitators Chloe who is one of our peer support workers, and Meghan who is our youth drop in counsellor, are excited to run this group.
