Does your youth have difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep? It is a common issue that impacts daily functioning including energy levels, mood, work performance, health, quality of life etc. If you’re youth is struggling with falling asleep or staying asleep this series is right your you.


How can this workshop help?

Sleep is vital to our physical health, mental health, and overall well-being. This series will cover topics such as why we sleep, what impacts our sleep, and tips on how to build better sleep.
