Hours of Service
Deliveries are Monday through Friday between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or holidays (extra meals can be provided for such times).

Providing the opportunity for individuals to live independently with self reliance in their own homes by delivering well-balanced meals and regular human contact
About Program
The Community Meal Delivery program offers the delivery of hot, nutritious meals, prepared at the Ridge Meadows Senior Centre, to qualifying individuals five days a week. The program provides: social contact for seniors and disabled people living alone, security knowing that a volunteer will check on their well being and respond quickly if an emergency arises, short-term convalescent help, ongoing assistance for the chronically ill and helps seniors remain independent longer.
Who Qualifies/Eligibility
Seniors or individuals, who, due to health or disability are unable to prepare meals, also must be a resident of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows that have the ability to pay for the service.
Self referrals can be made, as well as referrals from concerned family and friends, doctors, health and social agencies.
Cost
Current cost is $6.50* per meal
