Who Qualifies/Eligibility
Victims, immediate family members and witnesses of all ages who have experienced any of the following crimes of violence:

  • Physical abuse
  • Sexual abuse
  • Rape
  • Relationship violence
  • Criminal harassment
  • Hate crimes
  • Other forms of violence

Those eligible for support must either reside in Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows or the offence must have arisen in one of these communities.

Community Partners/Funders
The provincial government of British Columbia has funded the Community Based Victim Services program since 1987.  The current Ministry funder is the Ministry of Public Safety and Solicitor General
