Sessions

We meet weekly, for two hours in the Board Room of Maple Ridge/Pitt Meadows Community Services.

The groups are small (8 to 12 individuals maximum), relaxed and informal.

We understand that coming into a group can be unnerving, so we want you to know that there is no pressure to actively participate.  If you make the commitment to attend on a regular basis, eventually you will be comfortable enough to become more involved.  There is no limit on the number of sessions you can attend for maintenance and support.

Funding

The Anxiety/Depression Program is funded by the Ministry of Health Services.
