Seniors Outreach Program SLASHED!!

 

Our funding for our Seniors Outreach Program has been completely eliminated by Fraser Health, as of September 30, 2009.

 

What does this mean?

 

Discontinuation of the following services to the 336 seniors we currently support, who are vulnerable and at risk of isolation”

            a)         Transportation to medical appointments (local and long distance transportation)

            b)         Transportation for grocery shopping

            c)         Volunteer visitors

            d)         Telephone support for seniors

1.         Attend our Awareness Event/Tea on Thursday, September 10th, 1:00 pm
